Returns & Exchanges
You may return "new and unused" merchandise that has not been special ordered within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling.
Items that are no longer in our catalog or unavailable from our online store, are not returnable. Discontinued and close-out items are not returnable.
The returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original copy of the invoice and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Davidson Publishing before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RMA. Contact customer service to obtain an RMA. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item and the item must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
For returning an item to Davidson Publishing:
Contact customer service by email ([email protected]) to obtain an RMA. The return must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Repack the product in its original packaging materials. Ship your return item prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address listed at the top of the invoice.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than five (5) business days after receipt. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact customer service immediately.
Credits
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase as soon as possible upon our receipt of your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service by e-mail ([email protected]) no later than five (5) business days after receipt.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact customer service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact customer service.

Cancellations

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
· Sign in to your account
· Find the order on your main account page
· Click the order number to see the order details
If it's still possible to cancel, you will see a Cancel button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order. This sends a cancel request, but it does not guarantee the order will be cancelled. If there is no button, the order is already being shipped and cannot be cancelled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:
· Limitations on quantities available for purchase
· Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
· Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
