Davidson Publishing warrants all of its products for 60 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Our warranty covers books, tracts, calendars, videos and DVDs and excludes:
• normal scuffing or scratches to finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and
• damage resulting from inappropriate use or use under abnormal conditions.
All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty replacement are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at Davidson Publishing.
Davidson Publishing DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ITS MATERIALS, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the case; if applicable, the clear plastic wrapping has not been torn or removed; and the product must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
